We like to give our staff the freedom to make judgements and the right decisions. We are not there to watch over each other so we work best when all contribute and do what is best for the common good, whether that is helping our customers or colleagues.

We want all our staff to develop and grow as individuals. We offer staff the opportunity grow be it through new training or taking on new roles. Of course not everyone wants to reach the stars but whatever your ambition, it is our aim to help you flourish as individuals.

We believe in minimising wastage and running a sustainable business. We plan to adopt electric cars and vans when practical and possible, reducing our consumption of oil. We encourage our staff and colleagues to minimise use of disposable cups, to recycle where possible and to take care to not drop litter.
